Mallorca #1 in July

On July 1st it was my first nightstop in July this year. The weather was brooding hot in Basel as well in Mallorca with 30° C and more.

Three flights, first to Palma de Mallorca, then from there to Sevilla and finally back to Mallorca, where we stayed for one night in the AirBerlin-Crew hotel Tryp Bosque which is situated some minutes away from the airport of Palma.

In Sevilla we had enough time, even we arrived delayed, to go shopping in the airport Duty Free. I bought a bottle of Bailey's Caramel Cream Liquor and some Torrone sweets and gifts for friends and family for a very little amount of €s. As crew you benefit from discounts on most products and shops.

My French mate, Senior Chaques, bought a 50centimetres pen for what I couldn't imagine. He's a bit crazy, makes jokes all the times but is my favourite chief in the cabin.

When we finally arrived at the hotel we drunk coffee, orange juice and ate ensemadas, a Spanish speciality. Then we went directly to the beach and athed in the sea, drunk beer and talked about this and that. At about 7pm we went back to our hotel and met on 8pm for an Afghan - Thai restaurant. 24€ I paid for a hot Green Thai Curry, two beers, a water and an fine espresso! This is one advantage having when you can stay abroud of Switzerland.

Now i am OFF and am looking forward to go to Palermo on 14th of July with my Uri-friend Peter!
